For every 50 Kč spent on your accommodation booking, you’ll earn 1 loyalty point, which will be automatically credited to your account at the end of your stay. Points can be collected for up to 24 months and redeemed for attractive rewards. You can look forward to private access to the SPA & Wellness centre with a bottle of Prosecco, relaxing massages, a three-course dinner for two including drinks, or even a free stay in selected room categories.

Have you been collecting tokens? You won’t miss out on anything!

On 31 July 2026, we’ll be ending our current loyalty programme based on collecting physical tokens for stays.

From 1 August 2026, we’re switching to a new, modern points system. Under this system, you’ll collect points based on your total spend on accommodation, earning 1 point for every 50 Kč spent.

You’ll then be able to easily redeem these points for a wide range of attractive rewards and services at the resort.

However, you certainly won’t lose your collected tokens. We’ve made sure you have plenty of time to use them.

You can conveniently exchange all your existing tokens for the resort’s premium services by 31 July 2027 at the latest.

Depending on the number of tokens you hold, you can choose from the following options:

• 1 token: Access to the wellness centre (150 mins for 2 people)
• 2 tokens: Relaxation massage (90 mins)
• 3 tokens: Private hire – 4 hours at the Romantic SPA
• 4 tokens: Room upgrade to a Duplex Room (subject to availability)
• 5 tokens: Room upgrade to a luxury Duplex Suite (subject to availability)

When booking your next stay, simply let us know which reward you’d like to redeem your tokens for.
